Enhanced Opportunities

HBLC assists the developmentally disabled population in Northern Nevada through a program called Enhanced Opportunities.

We care about your progress and growth with the assurance of a state provided safety compliances.

HBLC has been caring for developmentally disabled individuals for over fifteen years.

The 'Enhanced Opportunities' program has a well-trained support staff that provides quality individualized care suited to their needs.
